Unfortunately the food here wasn't worth raving about but the service and ambience is what my family and I enjoyed. Nice spot to have lunch. Not crowded and quite even though you're right in downtown. Great for drinks

What a great bar! I had two fantastic drinks plus two delicious appetizers but everything on the menu looked great and I wished I could have tried them all. The bartender, sorry I don't remember his name, was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. I also had a really nice time chatting with a couple that sat next to me; everyone was friendly and relaxed. The feeling at the bar was friendly and inviting and I wish I could have stayed longer or visited a second time. What a gem in a city otherwise filled with tourist traps.

Stopped here for dinner before a show and we really enjoyed it. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our meals were very good too but my Vodka Pasta did arrive luke warm while my husband's Chicken Bella was piping hot. Assuming mine was ready well before his. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal. I will say the booth we sat in had the table chest high which was awkward AF but also pretty funny!

Great place off the beaten path which happens to be the oldest street in the country. Cool drinks and a unique menu. Friendly informative staff. Away from all the crowds. I would suggest you look at the menu before deciding to go here as it is a very different selection for some. I'm a picky eater and I found a few items that I liked. What we got was very tasty and filling. Great vibes.

So we found this cute little place on a side street & decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was fun. The cocktails were very good and the spirits menu was extensive & creative. Two of us ordered burgers which were probably the favorite. Another friend ordered the shrimp & grits and said his meal was okay. I had the burrata sandwich and I have to say that it really wasn't that great. Tasteless actually, but everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. Definitely recommend this place for cocktails but really not the best food in town.

The cocktails get a 5/5, but the food brings it down for me unfortunately. We started off super strong - my sister and I came for the Miracle Christmas pop-up and they were able to seat us a little earlier than our reservation which was great! The drink options and the Christmas mugs they came in were so festive and fun. They even had light up Christmas hats for us to wear and take home because we made a reservation. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas - lights and garland everywhere! My sis got the Chrismopolitan which was delicious and I ordered the yippee ki-yay drink which was so festive, but I liked the classic flavor of her drink a bit better. I will say food and drinks are on the expensive side here. My drink was $19 and I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries which was $20. The chicken sandwich description said "juicy chicken thighs" but it was the driest chicken sandwich I've had in a while, and it didn't help they put the smallest dollop of chipotle mayo on it. I asked for more mayo, but it honestly didn't help. The fries also tasted stale and as if there was no potato in them. Overall we would definitely come back for the creative drink options and friendly service, but probably would eat somewhere else. Drinks & experience get a 5/5 while food gets a 2 from me. But maybe there are other items on their menu that taste better!

Forgotten Tonic is such a great experience for drinks and food that we decided to use them last week for our son's rehearsal lunch and Im not exaggerating when I say that it may have been the best part of the wedding week. They are currently decorated beautifully for Christmas and just have a ton of seasonal special drinks and I've never had one that's bad. It really sets a festive mood. We were able to choose from our favorite appetizers, drinks, main dishes and obviously the butter cake for all of our guests. I've never once had anything to eat or drink at Forgotten Tonic that didn't hit and that wasn't a home run. I've previously recommended them for a meal but I'd like to follow that up by saying they are an ideal place to hold an event. The staff and the service match the great food and drinks. Forgotten Tonic epitomizes what a great local business should be.
